Kaaya Nature Cafe !

Food is one commodity that naturally connects rural with urban. At Kaaya we want to take this relationship forward.

We have started a small nature café, as an effort from our local team to bring in some exciting cuisine using local, traditional and often forgotten super foods, the farmers still grows for themselves.

We believe in slow cooking to preserve the taste and nutritional goodness of our ingredients and has made a beginning into farm to fork concept. We have an outdoor cooking area for slow food, a little salad garden, a nursery and a separate organic farm as spaces wherein visitors tend to get engage with healthy food while nurturing plants along with our local team.

The next idea is to connect neighboring individual rural female farmers directly to kaaya visitors and help them increase productivity of their own kitchen gardens to share surplus vegetables and other food items.
